Was wondering what some of you have found for a seat and a column that works well in a 34 Ford PU. It is a stock cab, is cross steer with Vega box. I do not have an original seat or seat riser. Considering plain column, without a switch but other ideas are certainly welcome. Thanks for any suggestions and or hints.
The 67-72 Chevrolet pub style looks good I think. If you can find a van thru 83 I think will work also. The van has a shorter shift lever that works great with a smaller wheel. I'm thinking one of the column companies re pops one.
I used a 39 ford passenger car column and steer box in my 33. Seat was a ford van 3rd seat I had to narrow a bit and sat it on the floor because of the 5.5" chop.
