Can anyone recommend a good transport company that could either ship a vehicle from Napa, California to Toronto, Ontario for a decent price - or ship the car from Napa to the US side of the Lewiston Bridge in Buffalo? Also, what is a reasonable price? Thank you!
Reliable is the only way to go. Price is always fair and service is excellent. Between my dad and I we have used them 6-8 times in the last 5 yrs. hope this helps

I was very disappointed with my most recent shipment on Reliable. Took over three weeks to transport a running/driving car from CA to WI. A car bought on HAMB!
What exactly do you want ? " A good transport company " can mean several different things ... " Good price " and " decent price " usually means " cheap transport " There is a waiting list for cars to be hauled out of California, so you have to wait your turn in line. Transport cost is determined by: Vehicle Condition (running or rolling) Open or enclosed trailer Direct or indirect with multiple transfers involved Pick up and drop off locations Time frame The sooner you want your vehicle picked up, the more you will generally pay to have it hauled. Sometimes, a hauler happens to be in the vicinity of where you need a vehicle picked up and has another vehicle in proximity to where you need your vehicle dropped off. If you can wait .... Do a keyword search here on the HAMB ..... Use ' transport' or ' haul ' to see if a member is headed your way - you might be able to catch a ride. Reliable Carriers has a good reputation with many satisfied customers and they ship hundreds of cars a day. I just dropped off a Crossfire to a repeat customer of mine in Michigan that has used Reliable Carriers several times in the past with nothing but praise ..... Depending on the vehicle - the paperwork - the port of entry, you might be better off taking delivery on the U.S. side of the border and have a Canadian Carrier take it the rest of the way. Jim
