was poking around today and found what i think is a '32 ford frame, bare. it looks real good, but has some sort of large x member, not sure if it is original, as i have never seen one. anyone have a pic of a real one that i can compare with my memory? if it turns out to be the real deal, what is a good offer? i was thinking 1k. it definately is '32 rails. thanks guys.
32 frames have a K member not an X member... but it could've been swapped to a X member out of another ford. Look for the reveal in the frame side, it sweeps up towards the engine.
1K is in the ballpark. Maybe a little more if it's real straight and solid with not a lot of rust-pitting. Even more with a visible serial number and title. Look for the serial number on top of the left rail at about the firewall.
