Well its actually on a 54 F100 ..... that has a '79 Pacer front suspension.....I am in need of a New pair of UPPER BALL JOINTS........I HAVE ALL THE REST OF THE NEW STUFF TO REBUILD IT, NOW JUST THESE ARE ELUDING ME! I immediately thought of A-HOTROD here on the Hamb and am awaiting an answer to a PM I sent him [Glenn] .... Anyone else have a source?
Rare Parts in California specializes in automotive suspension parts. If its not in stock they can make it. Not always the cheapest but they know what their doing and are competitive . Hell they even had tie rods for my Facel Vega in stock. Larry
kenny, you should have ask me this yesterday..you know im an amc nerd!!! i would think you could get them from auto zone or the like for a 79..if not go to the site NAMDRA and see if they have links to parts sources..i havent been ther in a couple years but im sure you could find somthin there..if not pm me and ill grab some of my old news letters and get ya numbers..you dont have any amc's for sale do ya?? amc seems to be a dirty word here..kinda like chevelle or mustang

I bought a set of two AMC pacer ball joints about 3 months ago to go underneath the Graham Hollywood I was working on. Ran into the same issue you did. It even ended up that napa could not get them. I found a set of two for like $30 on ebay. I may have an extra one to part with. PM me and I will see if I have another one available tomorrow

these are NLA from moog so you're going to need an old catalog to get a number, oldest I have still doesn't have a number, sorry.
Man it took me a long time to find mine. I cant remember the name of the company I got them from right now but I could look at the receipt when I get home if you need, I think they were about $100 for the pair. The NAPA ones are from Rare Parts now according to the NAPA I talked to.
