Need help bagging a late 40's mopar

Actually its a 49 Dodge. Has anyone replaced the front coils with bags. Does anyone have info or supplier suggestions for this swap. I don't want anything fancy, just something to lay the front way down. Any photos or suggestions welcomed. Thanks
