I posted this link a few weeks ago when somebody was looking for DIVCO info. This guy really goes to great lengths to rebuild these trucks...
My question is why? I can appreciate the craftsmanship, but why a 1977 Divco? The guy is pretty awesome.
Wow, did anyone say replacement windows and garnish moldings for coupes and sedans? About six more bottle jacks and he could pop out an all steel roadster body!

[ QUOTE ] charlie, my offers to help with the merc were sincere? let me know. -- raaf [/ QUOTE ] The wife is on a mission to finish up all the unfinished projects around the house before our daughter's wedding on Oct 5. The Merc is on the backburner for at least a month. I'll let you know when I get ready to lift the body and drop it on the new frame, hopefully before Xmas...
I'm mostly lurking, waiting for someone to imply that Ghias are ugly (insert smily emoticon). Do-it-yourself fender widening is my latest work, will add more to the album soon: http://allshops.org/cgi-bin/community/communityalbums.cgi?action=openalbum&albumid=9980138836765 Back to lurking, John www.ghiaspecialties.com
