60' 401 nailhead keeping stock cam

Does anyone know if putting in new valve guides requires any machine work or difficulty in getting old out and the new in that I should just have a machine shop do it?

Is there a specific tool for nailheads to take out and install cam bearings so they are pressed in square?

You should be able to do both, but if youre not expierenced in either, Id let a machine shop do both....Alot of guys put the bearing in without the holes lining up...watch out for that. If youre trying to save a buck, dont...its not worth screwing up a motor.

I highly suggest having a machine shop do both as well. Shouldn't be to much to do.
