You are a lucky man. It is too bad that cool stuff like that had to die for corporate monsters. I would love something like that but there is nothing even close to it around me.

awsome man. just awsome. glad u stayed persistent on getting it. just love that kind of style and arcitecture. plus u saved a good old building, and even it someone built a brand new copy of it, it still wouldn't be the same. congrats

Very cool, be sure to keep this thread going with the progress. And when you're ready post the address so we can stop by on our way "up north" to Ignace etc.. I'd love to see it in person...

    congrats.:D

I don't think you'd have a problem with a couple gas pumps. Are you going to regravel the lot?

  8. Good for you. I always dreamt of a shop like that. Very cool. But, did I read that you've been slowly working on it for 2 yrs before having it in your name? Pretty brave.

  20. SWEET!
I'd love to have a gas station for a house. (if big enough)

If it were mine I'd have to install signage and pumps.

Remember the old TV show and the guy was a P.I. in Vegas named Dan Tanner. He had a 57 T-Bird and parked it inside his house.

Here's some Mobil stations for your viewing pleasure
