    just messin wit cha..........I miss that car allmost as much as you do! I feel nekkid without it here to work on, and that is very strange for me, got several others here, but feel lost.it will be back soon and then on its way home, hang tough, fukr! it'll all be worth it !!! and you know the work is killer but slow down bro, your making us look bad !!!

    HaHa!! My neighbors are sooooo cool!! They come to my garage all the time to get updates... I feel very lucky to have such nice neighbors. But i'm also very respectful, i don't start making real noise 'til 9 am and they're almost all at work. Thanx man!!

    It's a fucked up feeling!! It makes sense that you miss her too bro, you have a lot of HARD WORK on the chevy too. You spent A LOT of time with her.:)
    Im hangin' in there but i find myself day dreaming a lot and i realize she ain't gonna be home for a while then i get nauseous :eek::(!! LOL!!
    I HAVE to stay busy bro or i would be at the bar drowning my loneliness....:D:eek:

    I'll need to get the frame worked out first... clipping it with a S10 and need to replace the rockers.... what kinda price we talking about?:D

    You have to address the engine mounts, when I saw the car last (a week and a half ago), the oil pan was sitting on, and touching the cross member, and the firewall was right up against and "again" touching the transmission.
    Stuff like that will delay the process, tremendously.
    The floors, lets not talk about those, whoever did those should never weld again.
    All I'm saying, is, that Ian did an excellent job chopping the car, and I would love to see it on the road save and sound.

    Hey Wil, Thanx so much man!! My car is almost finished, she should be home sometime in november. I try to stay busy here in my little garage, one car at a time!!:) Means a lot bro!! Hope all is well with you and that you found an apprentice.....what a great opportunity!!

    That's what I call putting your mind to metal...

    If you get the itch to tackle a more door, feel free to give me a shout and I'll let you at my '39 Mopar Desoto w/suicides (just finishing up the motor and tranny, and have been dying to get the auditorium mopar dome closer to the cranium).
