  1. I like what you're doing. Are you going to be looking for another tail shaft for the T5? Looks like that shifter will be a little too far back...

Someone sells the tail shaft for an s10 online brand new for about 200$ and there is a kit for about 80 to move all the guts. I am going to cut off the shifter and weld on another shifter Im going to make to accommodate the difference.

Its off a 88 Camero. its all aluminum and weighs nothing. Tilts the trans to the right. Using a 153 tooth flywheel and and 10 inch disk.

This is my favorite part of the build besides the chop. Cut a 4 hole out of the frame and made a mount for the 40s Ford steering box. Had to bend it down to the 2 inch lifted steering arm. Dont know yet if I will have any bump-steer, but there is only one way to find out!

Ended up going with Goodyear sleeve airbags. Made a bracket for the top as well as the bottom. The bottom mount is fully adjustable, just in case. Can't wait to see what these feel like on the road.

Found an original Model A seat in Prescott, Az. Frame and all. I love the old material on this upholstry and going to keep it for this build. I sit too high because of the chop, will need to take out like 3 inches of the bottom cushion. 58188690513__99E19675-E050-493A-8993-E66A129434CF.jpg 58188692099__72EA4AE5-253A-4AA9-9923-4A46F6BFDBC2.jpg

Bought a Crate 350/290 for this build. Sick of messing with old shit when this is my dream car. I wanted a brand new engine. IMG_0650.jpg IMG_0647.jpg IMG_0649.jpg

You think this part would be easy, using all the components of a 88 Camero but man almost all new parts are way more than a pain in the ass then 100 year old ones. This is a stainless steal braided line replacing the stock rubber hydrolic line. It was actually all I could find. But any ways I was able to marry all the parts together to the master and slave cylinder. That way if one goes out i can just stop by the local auto store. The connections on these things are not only a pain in the ass but a horrible engineering design.

Wanted to be different than the average bear on the fuel lines and came up with my own crossover design. Went through about two sticks of tubing to get it right!!! But I think its bad-ass. Also used this super old pipe cutter were as the new one I had broke the first try. POS

Airbags and shocks are now installed with custom bushing we made on the lathe. Went with semi cab shocks with a short stroke. Bags are not for looks yet ride quality since I'm going to drive the hell out of this thing. IMG_1156.jpg IMG_1157.jpg IMG_1158.jpg IMG_1159.jpg

I don't watch much car show TV cuz it's kinda stupid and one thing I always hated was the tough guy poses. You know; arms crossed, sunglasses, scowl, black shirt...real tough guys (not). You on the other hand have the greatest shit eating grin on your face in every picture on here. You evidently enjoy what you do and do it well I might add.

Keep entertaining me and having fun.

  18. Nice build. I love the cross over design of the fuel lines - so simple but looks trick.
