I spent a few hours grinding and filling in pinholes. Still some more to do, but I am making progress. I will try to do more updates through out the week for those that are interested. After this is done and looks nice in raw metal I am going to start chopping the top. Keep watch for it. I'll probably start to tackle the top this weekend.

Hey Danny - we share a last name, sure wish we shared your skill level at metal work. Looks awesome, love the headlight treatment!

  14. Welcome dude! That thing is looking real nice. The grille opening and headlights look real good! I dig the clear pics too.

  19. Great project! Great car!

I don't know if it would fit.. you'd have to measure one, but I wonder about the centre of the '57 Chevy pick-up grill?

I dont think that looks too bad? I was also thinking drawer pulls or something along those lines. I've been hitting antique stores and junk yards trying to find whatever it is I need to throw in there to look neat. Thank you for helping out!

Sorry no progress pics lately for those that care. I went into the garage and it was FREEZING outside and my propane heaters were empty. I have since re-filled them and progress will soon be under way. I'm ready to move out west! Anybody know of a bodyshop hiring? :)
