More information about Andy Gard Hot Rod

I recently came across this thing at a swapmeet and decided it was just too cool to pass up for my kids. I tried searching around the internet and could not find much information or pictures about this toy. It does say Andy Gard on the front grille. If anyone has any more infomation to settle my curiosity that would be great.
