My 1920 has seven numbers, example (4157348)

  3. I am using a 29 Ford title and it has 7 numbers

  4. Usually the vin # is stamped on the block. What year vin are you looking for. I have a book with US vin #'s to give you an idea of the range of numbers you should be looking for on a block. I don't think it was stamped anywhere else.

[/ QUOTE ] Your engine number was stamped in July 1920. Henry made 15 million Model Ts. By the time Henry made 10 million, 90% of all cars in the WORLD were Fords.
