Bob, Good seeing you down at the Model "A" swap meet a couple of weekends ago. Looking forward to seeing the boards when they are completed. Bet they will be bad to the bone !

  3. I started on the lettering today, after work. Still need to outline the B and the T with grey. Then get started on the rest of it tomorrow...What do you think?

Awesome!!!! Can't wait to see the rest!

  5. I think the orange lettering is a little crooked. Not sure if I'll change it yet...

  6. Looks good, I'm planning on side boards for my 46

I think the orange lettering is a little crooked

Bob, could it be that the LAND letters are smaller which skews the rest of that line? Maybe just start the LAND under the tail of the B and spread them out?

  7. I don't know. The more I look at it,the more it bugs the shit out of me!!! I aligned the top of my pattern instead of the bottom,to keep everything parrellel. Depends on how easy it is to remove the orange letters. It will all work out...

  8. Okay...The first part is done, except for the drop shadowing.

    Today...

  11. Looking good so far !

  12. I decided to leave it the way it is,and just make the other side the same. I almost finished the drivers side tonight. I'm not gonna do any drop shading, til my buddy Craig sees it first. I don't want to really mess it up,haha!

  14. Thanks....I know it's taking a long time, but I really wanted to do this myself. I've done a little pinstriping in the past, but lettering is harder,if you ask me! I'll have the drivers side all done tomorrow. Then i'll put it back on my truck and post a pic.
