Midnight SensatioN

I came across these pics of John D'Agostino's '51 Mercury "Mightnight Sensation" lately and thought some of you may like them.The exterior is nice but the interior is really terrible.Don't know what they were thinking.I suggest 2 ounces of lead intranvenously injected.

 

It was the 80's and everyone was thinking that the interior was cool.

I agree ,as I also did a chopped Merc in the 80's with cloth interior
thats now is in a shop getting a new vinyl interior.

Of course it was done in the 80's and of course they thought it's cool but Johnny,Ricky and Richie still do it today and that's not cool.They all should have Jimmie Vaughan restyle their fuckin interiors.

 

I love everything but the rear window and the steering wheel. The part under the dash isn't great but I could live with it. Nice find.
