I got in three of these super swell finned Hildebrandt oil filter canisters yesterday from Dennis O'Brien at O'Brien Truckers, and got two of them finished up this evening in my vibratory tub. I had run one for a customer a coupl eof weeks ago and I really was impressed with the look of the canister plus the really slick fact that they hide a spin-on filter. Now you can have a good filtration system and look good doing it. Anyway, these were unpolished pieces from OBT, and the first picture shows how they looked out of the box. The last pictures show the first two I finished up after eight hours of machine time and a light coat of English Custom Polishing liquid polish. (P.S. they are up for sale in the Classifieds...)

you should hit enter between pics, so we dont have to scroll back and forth to read it. Parts are badass though, good idea.

Ooops, I meant to enter twice between each. I'll try and fix it.

The third one is running right now, will be all finished up by 5pm. I'm looking forward to getting more from O'Brien Truckers for the swap meet season- they should get attention if nothing else.

Yes, they are top secret 'classified' Napa filters... I'd have to get one out and look to see the number, but it's the one Dennis includes with them, and it fits perfectly in the canister.

  15. It's a 1515 (Fram PH-8) atandard Ford motor filter available anywhere.

No that we've told you, don't answer the door when the hit man we sent gets ther and knocks:D
