this is a mc/car cruise fund raising event for a local hot rod legend Dickie Sills of bel air, md. Dickie has been fighting diabetes for over 10 years and has lost both of his legs. he has suffered over 10 heart attacks, numerous strokes and has been on dialysis 3 days a week for 5 years. Dickie raced motorcycles, sprint cars, was maryland state gocart racing champion. he ran hes own body and paint shop for 40 years and has kustom built many hot rods from "scratch". this fund raising event will be held at chesapeake harley davidson in darlington, md sunday may 30th from 10am-3pm. there will be live bands, raffle give aways including a kustom pinstriped fender guitar with amp autographed by the members of Bon Jovi. ALL PROCEDES will go to help pay mounting medical bills and daily expenses for Dickie. Donations on the day will be 20.00 per vehicle and you will receive commemorative decal, button, and tshirt to first 100 registered. there will be plenty of food, fun, and frolic! here is there address. Chesapeake Harley-Davidson 4600 Thunder Ct Darlington MD 21034 its off of rt.1 which is a pretty good major road that runs from balt. to philly, its much easier to take 1 instead of 95, but the roads from 95 to 1 are pretty good back roads for crusin.
