What would be a good choice for a manual cylinder for 40/50's drum/drum brakes?

Might depend on the car, and whether you want a dual cylinder, or would be ok with a single.

It's gonna be my '27 T and I trust a dual system more than single.

Early 60's G M drum/drum master. Available at most Car Quest or similar parts stores

  5. I always seem to end up using 1970 Maverick (or 67-70 Mustang) Drum Drum manual brake masters in that situation.

  6. Most times that one is 7/8 s bore I'm thinking

  9. The Ford masters are pretty good most of the time. Rock Auto has pictures so you know which side the lines come out on.

  10. I have a early dual Mustang MC on my old beater. HRP

Looks like to me 68 Mustang manual dual brake cylinder is good. I'm gonna try that. Thanks folks.

  12. I agree, Rock Auto has the best selection and prices and you can see the pix before you buy.
