    It "almost" looks like spagetti but I'll think it will turn out different ;)

    First glance I thought it was something else! Your car will be a big hit when you finish!

    Todays work , post under trunk corner. I like some radio and the speakers wont be visable from the trunk or inside the car.

    Great idea on the speaker mounts.
    The sculpture, I had to look at it a while before I saw the bear.
    Great work on the stand for it. :cool:

    The best ting is that this battery fits behind the interior.

  15. absolutely incredible attention to detail. you must hear this alot but wow. so much talent, I'm 23 and building hotrods and i hope in 20 years i have half the talent you do!

    the e-brake looks great. would love to see something like that as a suicide shifter outside the the cab idea.

    Thank for you comments guys :)

    I found some parts from an old Heater, belive it was used in a tractor. It is only the front panel and the "radiator" or whatever it is called ;)

    First thing I did was a aluminum bezel for the front in 1/4" alu.

    Now I got the round edge mill in the drilling machine and it makes it saves time when grinding :)
    The endmill has a ball bearing in the bottom and it rolls on the edge when putting the parts against it.
    If you wants to try this, be careful. If it hooks, the parts will hook hard and fly far far away ;
    )
    The solution is to lower the mill very little each time and dont heditate to remove to much material at once. Hi rpm and cutting oil is needed.

    This is how it turns out after the milling, a good start for grinding.

    Started with rolling the long sheet and tack it to the backside part.
