Marilyn Monroe only made one commercial in her career-for Triton oil. I think it might still sell a quart or two today:
Union Oil of California, became known as Unocal, merged with Chevron in 2005 and is no longer a separate entity. Prior to that they spun off the downstream part of the business, the gas stations and lubricants, including Triton motor oil, to Tosco Co, who operated as Union 76, and then later as just 76 Tosco was then purchased by Phillips 66, who also owns Conoco, and they folded the 76 lubricants into the Conoco brand. So Triton no longer exists as a brand.
