Mallory Promaster Coil Testing 29440

Are the following resistance readings within the acceptable levels for a Mallory Promaster Coil Part # 29440:

Product Suggested Resistance:

Primary: 0.6 ohms
Secondary: 12.3K ohms

My Test Results using a voltage meter:

Primary: 0.4 ohms
Secondary: 11.95K ohms

Additional Notes: The coil and resistor/ballast are about 10 yrs. old.
