Customs Made a license plate frame

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by mr. h, Jun 5, 2016.

  1. I'm by no means a metal worker but I managed to make a frame for my license plate.
  2. It resembles one of the old adjustable frames. Pretty cool.
  3. I've never seen one of those.
  4. Yeah, it can be a challenge to come up with something for the odd-sized plates some of the states used to use if running YOM plates. Good job!

Goes GREAT with your bumper guard taillamps...which are REAL cool... Nice job.
  8. They use to be real common, kinda rare today and usually go for about 50 bucks.

This is the same type I used on the wagon. HRP

What prison are you now in? Oh wait that is for license plates! Not frames.

  10. That's pretty cool. I've never seen one like that. I just made mine out of 3/8 stainless tubing from work.
  11. They consist of 8 pieces that will expand to fit most any size tag. HRP
