I stopped by the estate sale listed in the C-L ad below. Apparently the owner had passed away. It was very interesting and productive. They had quite a few new parts (an assortment of ARP and Mr. Gasket parts in blister packs), as well as a wide assortment of used parts in the back. I saw numerous engine blocks, head, crankshafts, etc. There were also a lot of various used and new parts including oil pans, Holley carbs, valves, lifters, distributors, some headers, shifters and a lot of miscellaneous bits and pieces. Although many parts were somewhat recent there were a lot of “HAMB friendly” parts. If you live in the northern VA area, it’s worth stopping by. https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/pts/d/chantilly-estate-sale-of-powerhouse/7327850792.html
Bump up and thanks for posting.....hope some buyers show up to use this stuff instead of going to the scrapper....
We had one at work maybe 6 years ago. Bridgeport millss, Hardinge lathes, Do All surface grinder and band saw, small CNC mills. It was sold as a lot... and was close to penny-weight. What a crime...
