Bought 4 rusty low rider wheels on Ebay. 2 pcs 16x7" and 2 pcs 18x8 that I got widened to 18x9"

Sand blasted them for free at my job:

    Painted with rust stop paint:

    Grounded with industrial epoxy primer:

Painted with a low cost spray gun in my garage. Black "truck paint" plus clear coat.

Adapters were also bought cheap and rusty, but looked much better after some sanding and paint. spinners were bougth "new without tags" for a low price from a seller that had changed his plans.

If you have patience, you can get lots of good deals.
