Well, I have been anxious to post the finished photos of my ride, but I guess shit happens and we never really finish. his might be as close as she gets, ready to start a new one, and get some miles on this one. Started the project almost 2 years ago, many LATE hours here in the end, I picked too many exotic components for my own good, I got what I wanted, exactly, so that is what matters. I'm sure there will be some criticism of the shit I used, so to each his own.

I started with a 4-bolt 400 SBC - 30 over - Clay Smith special grind cam which I rebuilt for the car, built a frame, bought a cab, and kept on going. Went with the TWM fuel injection mainly cuz I just wanted to drive the damn thing - not dick with it after I was done.

Tilton hanging nascar pedal set, schroeder steering gear, and bomber seats from eBay. made the supports, dash, arm rest, tach cup, and everything else you see. -cept the quickchange, got it on the bay and had it freshened up by the boys at the hotrodshop - great guys BTW. In front of that I used a Tremec TKO 5-speed.

My biggest thanks have gotta go out to Mr. Rick - Man, you made me think and re-think every decision I made, had you not been around I would not be driving it. Many thanks also to the guys out at Sachse Rod Shop - I know you guys will miss Ricky, bu7an3 for not commenting on the short work days, Neil Young for the thought, and my girls & wifey most of all who put up with endless nights at the shop.<br>
