Looking for information on this '29 Ford Roadster?

I'm looking for information on this 1929 Ford Roadster. I saw a pic in Hot Rod and I gotta see more. The photos caption said '29 was a recent barn find. It was built by Stan Moss in Gilroy, California, between 1941 and 1948, according to current owner Charlie Hascall.

Does anyone know if this guys a Hamb'er? I gotta see more pics...
