Hot Rods Looking for info on this tub

I am looking for more information pictures on this tub I know its a sedan with the roof cut off. I also know its been around the Mid West for some time but all else is news to me. So who built it any build pics or any stats or magazine coverage would be helpful

 

It was covered in the old Rodders Digest or American Rodder. 10 years ago or more. If someone does not have the details I can dig them up. From memory it was built by a rod shop owner. Neat car, I think it had torsion bar front suspension.

Was discussed here a time or two.

 

I love that car. Can never keep the names straight though. Steve Panarites(?) owns it(?) and Lee Osbourne(?) built it? Hell, like I said... Yeah Tman, it is definitely torsion suspended up front, I do know that.
