Hot Rods Looking for ideas for early 60's styled drag car paint jobs

I tried doing a search and couldn't find much. I figured there would be some sort of drag car paint job thread.
Any of the search Gurus know of a thread out there?

I'd love to see some ideas if anyone has some pics! Thanks!

 

you're in luck! I have had this old 110 pic of my mentor with a pretty well known dragster that he must have sponsored, or at least donated the paint job to. He was known as S&J Auto Styling, John Pazsik. Well I finally got around to getting the pic cleaned up and the color restored, by Dave Tartaglia (Rot'n Kustom here I believe) A great late 60's, early 70's paint job on a rail!

 

Cool pic, looks like they're gonna light that thing up on the street.

Lace paint jobs were pretty popular, sorry no pic.
