Price is right. Bring it home. You said you do body work. If you run out of work, start working on the cab and doors. Someone may then pay some bucks for it.
You should be more interested in what else is out in the area besides this and the Model A sedan you mentioned. Take a look at every ravine, roadside ditch you can get to. You may also talk to a few residents. just maybe they hauled soething good home and stashed it in a shed years ago.

I can go get it no problem it's mine for the taking but it is hard to get to with a car trailer or something to haul it with , I thought about fixing it up a little and then trying to sell it , the bottom of the door's are rusted but would be easy to make panel's out of sheet steel and they are complete to get measurment's off of , I may get a buddy of mine to help me go get it but I will have to get it while it's cold I saw a big rattle snake in the cab two year's ago ? or maybe three year's ago ? anyway I WOULD NOT TOUCH IT IN THE SUMMER !!!!!!!!
this past year the POKE BERRY PLANT'S TOOK IT OVER AND YOU COULD NOT EVEN SEE IT !

if I drag it out I will post more pic's and may even post it here on this site for sale or trade ,,thank's for all the opinion's great to hear each one ,,,

So when the construction company were going to crush it, why did you not bribe them to drop it at your place?
    Opportunity missed!
Just drag it home, it'll be an adventure and you can help someone out by selling it to them.

they were in the area making a road with a bulldozer so they could not have delivered it anyway , all I did was save it from being smashed so that I could get it later ,,,

Battery op sawzall and extra battery packs.
    Take the doors off...set aside
    cut the firewall out...set aside
    cut the roof off...set aside.
Cut the back of the cab off...set it aside.
    Now it's transportable.
    Problem solved.
No beer till the jobs done.
