So after Lucky finished welding up the cross member it was time for bondo and paint... again time consuming when everthing has to be painted...

So I met Michael Grider who does casting and I got these cool pedals off him so I cleaned and polished them up... These are gonna be sweet when the upholstery is done..

At this point the linkage is all hooked up and its off to get the drive shaft ordered... picked it up and like everything it had to be painted to match...

Time to make the Tunnel and Mr. Burton bent up a much smaller tunnel and i'm already loving the space that is being added with all these corrections.. every inch counts in a chopped and channeled car...

So at the round up I got talking to Clive from Stromberg and we struck a deal to have LIVE WIRE sponsored in excange for some video work and BAM!! I got 4 Chrome 97 with linkage a pleasent addition concidering that the other problem with the car was getting those old 94's to work right,,, now with the new trans and 97's LIVE WIRE is running on tiger blood.. Duh.. WINNING,,

    Radial White Walls???

Ha! Congrats going from coach to first class.

BTW...what are the markings on the insulation in Live Wire's interior? They look almost...tiki-ish.

Are you by any chance going to have Live Wire at the roundup next year? I've still yet to see it in person. By far my favorite hot rod and a huge inspiration for my 27 roadster.
