History Liquidation of crane cams, inc. .. :-(

Crane Cams stated that "Crane has no agreement to sell its assets to Scorpion Performance, nor has it received any offer of any kind from Scorpion."

Seems to me that Scorpion Performance's press releases, claiming to be in the process of purchasing Crane (even saying they were 99.9 percent complete), were designed to discourage other companies or individuals from showing up at the auction. That way, Scorpion would have fewer bidders to bid against. Kinda underhanded and dishonest, if you ask me. They even lied to Brian Lohnes on Freidburger's site.
