Technical Lincoln Model K V12 Technical Info?

I have searched far and wide for any information regarding the Lincoln K V12s in regards to Bore and Stroke, I only get the displacements but not the bore or stroke size, please help as there is zero information I can even find on the web available regarding these details. I'd love the bore and stroke measurements for the 448, 382, and 414 Lincoln K V12s please.
