OK guys, I'm at a stand still and I need a kick in the ass..........Let's see some mock up pictures just to get things going. I'm sitting in my garage with a pile of parts and need something to get me off my ass.....
sweet LC here's an ancient mockup that never happened, I sold the body and motor and used the frame under another car still have the wheels for some future project
your pics look good should be very cool. I have a pile of parts my self so much so its getting hard to move around the garadge. Ant it great. It will be a few weeks or a month before Im ready to do the mock up but I cant wait to get every thing layed out and start building my frame. Bret
Not much of a mock up, but it's all I gots. Here's a mock up of my buddies roadster. This thing is gonna be cool!
Thats smittyshotrods seeing how she handles It will have a posie's A spring over the 12 bolt and a magnum 5 inch dropped axle in front.
Here is mine - have the tires mounted, front end now, different motor & tranny than the Buick shown, frames laid out and braced for mods, plus the start of a small bed. Just have to finish the truck and get the Scrambler out of there.
great thread! i dig seein what guys are up to on their builds... kinda makes me feel better knowing that SOMEONE out there is able to and does get shit done on their car(s)
Old shot of the Madster (version 1) at my old house... Things have change since then but i think it a cool shot,,,
Just wondering- is that a spring behind axle setup w/o it being suicide? is there clearance trouble or am i missing something? BTW i love the way it looks, its just the way i like'm
here is a couple for ya. The first one is a modified 29 roadster that came from a field in Texas, on a performance t chassis. Someone had to have it before I got any further. The second is the mock up of my now finished roadster. And the third is my Willys gasser project. Hopefully I can pay a couple bills and fix a couple blown up cars, then get back on to this project. I guess I will have to raise the seat if my daughter wants to drive!
Same old pics. Hopefully if all goes well I'll be able to set the body on the rolling chassis for the first time, I'm dying to see what it'll look like. I'm slowly replacing all the clamps and vice grips holding the mock-up together with welds
