  1. How do you know when a guy likes Anglia Gassers? ...When he has Blown Anglia Mail Box in his front yard!
The owner is rebuilding a famous Vancouver Island Anglia, better known as the Bohemian. That is the original yellow paint under the blue. It used to run a blown 392. cu. in. Chrysler Hemi. Wheelies were common!
When it hits the street again, it will have a blown SBC.
    Cool stuff for sure! IMG_20181116_1236413.jpg IMG_20181116_1226202.jpg IMG_20181116_1226584.jpg

ROFLMFAO.jpg Mine isn't cool, it's a section of a water heater tank with a piece of steel welded in the back and a plexiglass door on the front on a setup that if it gets hit it swings out of the way. When you have one the snowplow diver decides he can't beat up he quits hitting it.
One of my buddies a couple of miles from me has had his mailbox sitting on top of a small block chevy engine for probably 35 years. He got tired of people knocking his mail box down and it hasn't been knocked down since. I think a couple of guys have tried to steal the valve covers over the years though.

I fabricated this one, with the help from the local roofing company sheet metal bender/cutter. The chrome spears on the side are from a '58 Olds.

It has been attacked by vandals once. The only thing that has scars is the box itself.
