Does anyone have any pictures of the Truppi,Kling and Allen "Terrible Tangerine" 1957 Chevrolet wagon? It was one of the real "Hitters" in Division 1 during the Jr. Stocker wars.

the Behemoth wagon is up in NY, been a race car all it's life I'm pretty sure. Current owner has had it for about 20 years. Last time i saw him racing it was in 2007 at the Atco diviosion 1 race in C/SA trim with a 426 Max Wedge. The car is now black & candy red with the Behemoth name in the same style lettering as the original.

This is an old Gasser that I put on the street back in the early 70's, after we retired it as a drag car.

It came from up in Spokane, It was a Gas Co. Truck turned racer.
When it ran as a gasser,
It had an Injected Big Block Chevy with a clutchflite into an Olds rear.

What good ole days those were!

Here's a couple of pics of the late Bob Maxi's two Pontiac wagons.
Both known as the Clinton Shakers....I think the 60 wagon was also ran by Joe Perzan under the Big Bruiser name?? Any one have any more info on the 60??
Hope they show uo OK...I had to blow them up some.

  19. Don't let this thread die! BUMP!

  20. My dad's best friend, back in the late 60's, had a 55 Chevy sedan delivery named "The Golden Bull". All I can remember was a little drive through the pits and listening to the roar of open headers through the holes in the floor!
