My buddies 62 with my 71 in back.



This 61 was purchased in 1962 by the owners of the Texaco station its parked next to. They still plow with it every year. They say it has 40,000 miles going forward and 40,000 in reverse.

Owned and built by a friend of mine. I love this truck.

Just picked up these two over the last few weeks, cant decide which one to build first!

 

^^^both look cool and shorties to boot. New windshields and weatherstrips are availabe for the 56-7....either would be neat to see back on the road. I've got a 54 and a 55, but would like to build the 54 like this,...this drawing has an earlier grille.

 

The L-series grille is my favorite.

 

No. lol they bought it with around 40k on it when it was a year old.
