Not 100% sure but most likely this is the same car... From the Bill Junge Collection.

 

I'll be there! Be looking for the old roadster. Flattie is still out of the 40! Might bring the 39 sedan too though!

 

Here is mine, been parked since 1956, should be on the road in a couple more weeks.

It looks like the same car, different number plates but same hubcaps, spotlights and low stance.

Project 40 has had a very interesting journey over the past 30+ years... Although she resides in our garage now, she will always be Jerry Moreland's "Project 40". Here is the car as it sits today getting ready to get back to the track:
