Technical Le Baron Bonney roof insert......

    I hate chicken wire. I always use 1/4 inch floor underlayment as a base. Need to do a Chevy coupe in a couple weeks.

  7. Looks very good. Next time make a wooden frame out of furring strips to fit the size of the material and stretch and staple the top material to it. Lay it on the roof and then finish nail it then trim off the excess material. I do them this way and it is easier than trying to stretch it as you go. Once again what you did looks good but will be easier next time if you ever do another one.
