Great rendition of this Bomonster! I got a few decent shots of it at LSR 2010 and it's fun to see your interpretation knowing what it really looks like. http://www.pbase.com/dlgphoto/image/123998074

Bob - your creations always leave me speechless and often wondering if the background is real or something you imagined up. It's really cool either way.

  4. I've now lettered it with the name of one of the 70's Adelaide altered's. Wish I had photos of these old Zeta race cars- they looked wacko.

    Great show guys.

This isn't super-HAMB friendly, but, I hope you don't mind me adding the one I finished today.

A stunning photographic tribute! Wish I was going to be there, wish I had made it in the past.

This is one of the best Friday Art shows in a while. I didn't see anything not worth looking at on here. I finally had a little time to throw something together, hope you like it. My humble offering for the show......

To ALL of YOU: I REALLY REALLY REALLY dig coming in here on Fridays and looking at all the KILLER artwork. I can't draw a stick man, but I really enjoy seeing your work!

    GaryC.

Before they put his one to bed I just wanted to say
thanks for the comments regarding my artwork.
There are truly too many great pieces
    to single out individually.

The new guys and the regulars make this the best
display of automotive themed art on the internet.

    Have great weekends everyone.

  16. ^ GaryC; word.

  17. Just an update form last week, messed around with the wheels a little and I think it came pretty good. Debating on what to start next.[IMG]

I haven't posted one in a while. Here is an illustration of a Catalina I am working on. I will be adding a stock vector of and Indian Chief behind it.

    Great stuff fellas.....
I hope to have some crap to post next week.....I've slacked off long enough and m gettin' back to my pencils......

fortypickup.....great pics...reminds me of the stuff I'd see in to CARtoons.....

Putting the Mopar ahead makes the pic more believable......;):D

  20. Dang, that rear end must have 8:11 gears on it! There are a lot of nice elements in this image but my favorite is the Buick tail lights.
    Keep drawing!

Thanks Dan, That van was a fun one, miss thang is caught somewhere between the funk and the groove and yet she's got the mod vibe working too.
Thanks again Spoggie! That Zeta is one odd duck. It definitely has a personality all it's own. I think the Beta and Zeta are making the Eta and Theta jealous... mate...

Fowler, I love the lean on that mo-chine!

Josh, post pictures... I think it's funny how passionate people have been about the Mopar and the Ponch; last week, when I posted the rough sketch, nobody gave a whit about the Dart stompin' the ChevyII... Ha, Ha,...
Man I'd love to have been able to see those cars go head to head back in the day. I bet they swapped wins week by week.

Amazing show this week. Heres my late offering. Old grill shell and a flea market "mary" statue, some mdf and lots of paint. Done for a local lowbrow art show. Called it " Blessed lady of speed and custom"
