Even though there is another related thread I just want to mention our Remebrance Day. Hard to use the word happy but more to the point take some time to reflect on the sacrifices over the many years of those men and women who served as well as families that allow us to enjoy our country today. We are not perfect and we have some issues to attend to but overall we are in fine shape; look around the world and consider those countries in turmoil. We enjoy so much and in our case this hobby of ours. I always taught my students that Thanksgiving Day is a day for giving thanks on a personal level whereas Remebrance Day is our national day of thanksgiving. (Missed not having a historical fly past this year...)
