Hey every one! I’m building up a 1940s flat fender to race around. Dirt, sand, street, track, what ever!

It currently has a 283 Chevy in it. The motor was seized but it’s now back to life. It has old power pack heads and thats all I can really tell, maybe it was from a 60s Impala or Chevy II.

I have it all apart again and a CJ5 Dana 44 with 5.38 gears and locker is now in it.

I’m also putting a super T10 in it next week.

I have a rebuilt Holley double pumper 600cfm 4150 and performer RPM intake.
The cam is a ratty Elgin racing cam part #cl-1014
    Long tube headers.

It’s going to run sprint car tires or sand tires depending on what I’m up to.

    Ok here’s more!
We’re from the Columbia Gorge near Hood River.
I’ve been around race cars and hot rods my whole life, so now it’s time to share with the family.

My project post was deleted. I imagine it wasn’t good enough for y’all. What ever I tried.
