It's still in the works but I thought it was time to share with you H.A.M.B. ers. This started out as a derelect 'glass Phaeton body that I chopped down to a RPU cab.
I had no idea you were a douche bag either. Back on topic..........why the black chain? I like the contrast of black with the cream, but the chain is odd to me.
Sorry...are you questioning the use of chain or my color selection? Color is a low gloss black - using MIG welding sort of lost the definition of the chain, and you'd need real clean TIG work to make it neat enough to get away with chorme or full gloss. Long story short, it's sloppier than I'd like and hid it with a flattened black. Thanks, DRAGDOC
I thinkd Brandy is thinking the same thing I 'am!! Super nice truck and then all of a sudden there is this big dumb ass lookin chain that some Rat Rod bandwagoneer just threw on there to show how tuff his already tuff truck is... No I'm not saying your him just thats what the chain reps. for me!!
I really don't care for the chain either but I didn't even notice it right away. It Looks good, Especially the motor!
A girl's gotta stretch her legs now and then Groucho. Yah the chain is what makes it awkward. The whole truck is glass smooth *no pun intended* then WHAM! It's like a whole serious of speed bumps. If you closed your eyes and ran your hand along it, you'd see what I mean. The black I actually think is a GREAT contrast to the cream color.
