BUSTER COUCH sounds like the name of a porn star.

 

He set the bar very high for the next guys who came along.

 

63 was my 1st time to the Winters. If he was there, I was.

Stood for no Bulls**t on the starting line. He didn't care who you were, if you played games he would let you know he was boss.

 

For most of my adult life, Buster was at the starting line @ national events. He was as much an expected fixture as the Christmas tree or the orange rubber timing boxes.
