You have to love dry rust free storage...... Montana area? The Northeast boys will be drooling over this stuff...... Thanks for posting
Looks like some work was started on the tailights of that '49-'50 Ford in the 4th photo. I always liked the body style of those Stupidbaker pick ups. Thanks for putin' em up.
Indy- He's old school so no computer or internet. Sells parts but not really whole cars unless there's a title. He's not the greatest with shipping unless I help. Located in Colorado. I love old cars and talking to old timers. Always a good time.
Some friends and I were at our little Thursday night ice cream car show. One of them, during a rare break in the conversation asked, "What do you REALLY miss about the Old Days?" Larry said, "The A&W drive in!." Everyone mumbled their agreement. Someone else said, "I liked to be able to tell what kind of car was coming down the road, at a quarter mile away!" Everyone nodded their heads. Then, Ol' George began, "Well, what I truly miss about the old days is the JUNK YARDS!" I agree, On a Saturday hunt at the local yards, you could find almost any part you needed, cheap. You could learn new things, have an adventure, meet new characters, and take home your treasures for just a little money. On top of that, you could build something that no one else had but you! The Flat Head Fords are almost all gone, now......you rarely see a Jimmy-powered '34 Chevy coupe, these days. I guess you can still find a bargain at a "Salvage Yard", now....if you're into Tuner-cars!
I can appreciate that, explains why the cars are still available. Have truck and trailer but colorado is a bit far for me, was hoping for kansas.
wow if that place was around here , us east coasters would be shell shocked from all the vintage tin ,
The little chassis in photos "6 & 7 in second batch is the perfect set of rails (and front axle and all 4 springs!) for a '20s-early '30s Sprint car! Oh, if it were closer......I only need one more set! Or 2...
