Man! That Meteor is nicer than my '63 hardtop. I could sure use some parts, but it looks too nice to part out. Somebody ought to get that one, looks like it could be on the road pretty quick.

If the believers in pyramid power are correct, some where near the middle of this pile is a factory fresh large displacement flathead v8.

That Meteor could very well be an S-33. Those are fairly rare. About as good of shape as mine, too. (got mine from a JY too.)

I found this last year dumped in a wash- out along the ohio river , the freakin padded dash was still perfect, there were several cars dumped here butt with the price of iron the scrappers were trying everything to pull the hulks up and crush them

This poor old falcon wagon the scrappers pulled the top off tryin to get it out of the ravine

Boy, I'd be quite interested in that car, now. Too bad I don't have a trailer, or money.

yeah that one was a deal and a half. solid as a rock, bucket seated v/8. I spotted it in Nebraska when i was driving out from NJ to cali in '03. As so many times before and after that occasion, i had no money or means of transporting it, but the guy was a real cool dude. Had a bunch of cars like that and was super reasonable as far as prices went.

I've been in that boat a few times myself. Amazing what people park out at the end of their driveways with a sale sign and no ads in the local paper or ebay, etc... all on the backroads.
Back to pics: (the elusive spare tire carrier and fender)
