I have just begun on frame restoration of a 54 chevy bel aire sedan and will need a lot of advice because i am not a wrench bender by nature or experience. I am an old guy with a project . First question> how do I get the door handles off this 54?
welcome, try this site. http://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/showtopic.php?tid/270159/ there is a clip that pulls out behind the weatherstriping. look right on the side of the door by the handle.
