Well in that case, I can't think of a better way to end it than at the Showdown. How about a HAMB "End of the World" Pre-party friday night?

If you are really worried about cleaning after don't do it.The mud from this track has a way of getting EVERYWHERE!!!! But you have to do it at least once so I say go for it and just clean it off as soon as possible.Bring window cleaner!! The haze from the mud on the glass is a bitch if you drive home in the dark.I did it 4 years ago and I still find clumps of mud but then I don't wash my car,it's one of "those" cars that nobody likes on here.See you at the show, stop by the Bat Outa Hell truck and say Hi.

  17. Sadly i am not gonna make it ...work commitments  :(

  18. Dude if you want something that your daughter will talk about for the rest of her life
That she did with you then do it. And worry about cleaning it later.
But I will tell you this everytime you pull some mudd off of it after, you will laugh uncontrollably and you will say you did that with your daughter.
    JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!

The mud has been good for a number of stories.
A friend of mine took his 37 Chevy coupe out on the track for the first time last year. I had no problem seeing his dirt trail going home down the highway even when he got out of sight.

He is still living at home and when his Dad heard his open headers coming in, he hit the door opener for the shop. When he saw the muddy car, he put the door back down in a hurry before he could pull it in.

He plans on going deeper this year since last years mud is finally pretty much gone......

On behalf of the Front Gate Crew, JT, Pat, Johnny Long Hair, Jay, and myself, please have 10's available! With the long line of great cars waiting to get in to start enjoying the event, it slows the line down making change. Have a great time at the best event you'll ever attend, from all of us on "the Crew!"
