Hot Rods Ive got a frame ! Dont know what it is?

Hey every one...I have an old frame that I was told is not a ford? It has steel spoke wheels, juice front brakes and mechanical rears.... Would make a great project starter....I can send pics.. I have it listed on Ford Barn classified under ACESYNLUBE.

Only thing I ever saw with front hydraulics and rear mechanical was British.
NOT to say everyone else didn't have them at some point too...just what I personally saw.
