I think it might be a '35. The '36 is more rounded & tapered at the front. Also, I believe the side panel louvers on a '36 are wider.

What brand are you talking about?
I looked at chevy cars and trucks also Plymouth cars and trucks, Dodge cars and trucks, GMC, Caddy, Olds, Buick, Diamond T, International, Huppmobile and studebaker on carnut.com before I asked here on the HAMB.
    Whats left??

    34 what?
as a general statement, many 34s had vertical louvers
add Chrysler and desoto to the list. I looked at most everything on carnut.com

I know that HAMBers are good at identifying parts.
Someone will know what it fits

The rusty one on the right looks to be Dodge/Chrysler.

  11. I have a 36 Ford and thats not like mine - a 36 has 28 louvers running vertical on each of the two sides.

Kinda looks like a 1935 Plymouth hood to me....

They had two long slotted areas, three strips of stainless,.. and five rings under the stainless strips,... if you look close at the hood side picture, you can see the four little slots for each ring,.. to attach the five rings,......

And,.. it had two latches per side.

Notice that none of my posts mention Fords. I own most years Ford hoods from Model T to 1960
