Stainless wheel that i used just the ring i paid $25 off ebay.
Rods, were donated by a fellow HAMB member.
Had the center from a 48-52 F-1
Welding was $35 at the machine shop in town. ( I know most the old guys at the shop, so they gave me a deal i think. Most machine shops have 60-100$ hourly rate)

now you just need to drill a row of holes in each rod recess!

 

I'm thinking, If you have to ask... You probably should not try to make one.
